Clinical Services Manager – IMSL Med Specialties Clinics

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the designated clinic, including patient care and clinic business processes
• Collect and document patient assessment data
• Develop patients' Plans of Care using assessment data
• Evaluate patient progress toward desired outcomes
• Administer medication according to standards and the Nurse Practice Act
• Verify and evaluate care for consistency with patient- and family-centered care principles, practice standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support integration of current evidence into nursing practices
• Promote a positive educational environment for students and staff
• Provide patient/family education and discharge planning
• Collaborate and communicate with nursing staff, interdisciplinary teams, executive leaders, and stakeholders
• Document care in the medical record
• Report variances in care, systems, and processes
• Participate in staff recruitment and retention
• Facilitate development and implementation of evidence-based nursing practice standards compliant with ANA standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• Five years of experience in the field of Nursing
• At least three years of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Valid License as a Registered Nurse by the State of Arkansas
• License or Certificate required for application
