Baptist Health is looking for a Home Health/Hospice RN Case Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role involves providing, managing, and coordinating care for an assigned caseload of patients. Applicants must have graduated from an approved nursing program, and possess a current Arkansas RN and Driver's License. A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is preferred, with experience in home health or hospice being a plus.

This position is part-time with 80 hours authorized bi-weekly.
