Baptist Health is seeking an experienced NICU Transport RN for our Little Rock NICU team. You will lead stabilization during high-risk deliveries, coordinate inter-facility transports by air or ground, and mentor peers on the transport team.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years NICU RN experience, BSN preferred, and current NRP/NRP/BLs certifications. Travel may be involved; RNC-NIC is preferred after year one of service.
