Baptist Health Arkansas in Little Rock is seeking an RN to join the Neuro Critical Care 1st Floor team. The role uses the nursing process to provide safe, therapeutic patient care during shift hours , with a focus on critical care patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a new RN graduate or RN in good standing licensed in Arkansas; BSN preferred. CPR is required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided as needed. Must work well in an interdisciplinary team and uphold Baptist Health policies.
