Summary:
This position will assist the Vice-President and Real Estate Manager with the vast portfolio of healthcare facilities owned and operated. The position may assist with:
- Acquisitions and Dispositions
- New medical leases and renewals
- Property inspections
- Review of Operating Statements for individual properties
- Construction or remodeling of medical clinics
- Solar Farm construction and oversight
- Department meetings, plus meetings with clients and hospital real estate users
- Special projects
Requirements:
- Entering Jr. or Sr. year of college; or recent graduate
- 2.5 or above GPA
- Ability to work in-person and on-site in central Arkansas
