Real Estate Specialist

Volkert is seeking an experienced Real Estate Specialist to support Right of Way acquisition efforts across our Gulf Region, based in Little Rock, AR
. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering infrastructure projects that positively impact communities throughout Arkansas.

• Manage and coordinate Right of Way acquisition projects from initiation through closeout
• Review title commitments, plats, and plans to support acquisition strategy
• Perform QA/QC functions to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a liaison between property owners and project stakeholders
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and landowners
• Prepare documentation and reports using Microsoft Office tools

• Experience in real estate, land acquisition, or Right of Way services
• Ability to read and interpret title commitments and ROW plats/plans
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to obtain an Arkansas Notary license
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Volkert adheres to federal guidelines, which may include testing for substances such as marijuana. Please note that federal regulations may differ from state‑specific guidelines
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)

• Arkansas Real Estate Salesperson License
• Experience supporting public infrastructure or DOT‑related projects
• Working knowledge of acquisition compliance requirements
