Morning Grill Cook – Full Time

Location:

Baptist-Little Rock – 9601 Baptist Health Drive, Little Rock, AR 72205.

Full‑time schedule. 7.5‑hour shift each day, 5:00 am – 7:30 pm. Pay range: $16.00–$17.00 per hour.

• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery with correct portioning, temperature, and appearance.
• Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain records.
• Clean kitchen after preparation and service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food‑handling procedures.
• Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat; store items per standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assist in ordering and receiving all food and supplies.
• Report maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Attend safety meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
• Perform all duties safely and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Commit to personal and others’ safety.
• Abide by company policies and procedures including proper glove and protective gear use.

• Food service experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP.
• Steady job history.
