Kitchen Manager

Position: Kitchen Manager - Hourly
Topgolf -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the kitchen crewcooks, prep chefs, and dishwashersby driving efficiency, setting the standard for recipe execution, portioning, and presentation, and making sure the kitchen runs like clockwork from prep to service.;
Partner with the front-of-house team to make sure Players receive timely, high-quality dishes that elevate their overall visit.;

Uphold food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards across all prep, cooking, and dish areas. Train your team on best practices, maintain clean and organized work spaces, and stay ahead of issues to keep both Players and Play makers safe.;
