Forefront Healthcare is hiring a Full‑time Culinary Services Aide at Presbyterian Village in Little Rock, AR. You will be part of a team that supports patients and residents with high‑quality culinary services.

$14.00

The Culinary Aide is responsible for setting up dining areas and trays for meal services, adhering to food safety guidelines and following dietary restrictions based on patient needs. The aide assists the cook in preparing and serving meals, meeting scheduled meal times and following established policies and procedures to ensure residents receive the highest quality of service.

• Assist cook/supervisor with food preparation and service using specific procedures, following guidelines and regulations.
• Deliver residents’ meal carts, set and clean assigned dining areas to serve patients.
• Accurately record refrigerator temperatures; clean and restock as needed.
• Wash and store dishes; maintain sanitation and kitchen maintenance.
• Stay knowledgeable of federal, state, and local regulations, policies, and procedures.

• 1 year food service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong communication skills with all levels within the community.
• Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assignments.
• Team player with ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
• Serv Safe certification desirable.

High school diploma or GED degree.

• Positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds.
