Barista

Subaru of Little Rock is seeking a coffee enthusiast to join our team at our newly renovated location! The barista will be responsible for preparing, serving, and collecting payment for beverages ordered by our valued customers.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to our customers.
• Exhibit a friendly and efficient demeanor when dealing with guests.
• Account for cash flow and inventory during shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and coffee machines.
• Provide cheerful and helpful customer service, making sure each guest feels welcomed and appreciated.

• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the company handbook.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to guarantee the quality of our products.
• Check products in cold unit area and restock items to ensure an adequate supply throughout the shift.
• Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
• Complete other assigned duties or tasks.

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent listening/communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to keep a clean and organized workspace.
• Customer focus and self‑motivated with time management and organizational skills

High school diploma or equivalent.
