• Promote and maintain a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.
• Maintain an awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations on the right golf equipment for the customer.
• Educate customers on our golf products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer with valuable data during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising and keeping the sales floor organized and clean, meeting Worldwide Golf’s standards.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and take inventory of stock where needed.
• Recognize and suggest ways to improve processes once fully trained.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Physical ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store, including bending, stooping, lifting (up to 15 pounds), carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis.
• Working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet and order-processing systems.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Any experience working in the golf industry is a plus (entry-level candidates will also be considered).
