Job Description
Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a part‑time Team Leader and be a role model by providing a brand experience for our customers. In this role you will train and develop the team to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.
Responsibilities- Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin data regularly.
- Ensure that appropriate and effective space‑management techniques are utilized.
- Maintain the store graphics system, including pricing, with a focus on customer service and profitable sales.
- Ensure all fixtures are replenished promptly.
- Evaluate and communicate competitor visual‑merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to grow our business.
- Train Sales Associates on visual‑merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
- Motivate and develop a high‑performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand Vision and Values.
- Lead daily store operations, including cash handling and inventory/sales auditing, and support the use of point‑of‑sale automated systems.
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
- Experience delivering employee training.
- Proficiency in cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
- Knowledge of point‑of‑sale automated systems.
- Experience in merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
- Physical requirements:
Constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and perform occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing. - Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of four days of availability.
Hourly wage range: $20.70 – $22.10, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
