Job Type: Per Required Need

Work Location: Market - SS - AR - Little Rock

Travel: up to 90 miles per assignment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends not required).

Pay: $16.50 per hour.

Pay Frequency: Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.

Benefits: Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement, paid training, flexible self‑scheduling options.

• Install, update, and build out sales floor fixtures and end caps.
• Perform display repairs, resets, and buildouts following plan‑o‑grams and client‑specific directives.
• Respond to field services management within 24 hours and keep availability updated.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Submit required forms, images, surveys and maintain accurate timecards.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and teamwork (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software tools and ensure timely task execution.
• Assist teammates, contribute to training and certification programs, and record activities via designated systems.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provide timely communication and report anomalies daily.
• Be available for weekend or holiday assignments as needed.

• Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the U.S.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends, holidays, early morning or late‑night shifts.
• Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical: climb ladders up to 10 ft, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead.
• Adaptable, self‑motivated, and able to work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills via phone, text, email, and mobile device.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience a plus.
• Experience:
  
  installation and merchandising, hand and power tools, planogram following.
• Technology: own an Android or Apple device, navigate communication platforms.
• Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, insurance, willing to travel up to 90 miles.
• Leadership: professional communication, problem‑solving, sound judgment, and time‑management skills.
