Abby Road University, located at 1400 S University Ave, Little Rock, AR 72204, is seeking an Experienced Vape Shop Sales Associate. This full‑time position requires 40–42 hours per week, with varying shift lengths and often overtime. Advancement opportunities are available for high performers.

• Opening and closing the store
• Maintaining scheduling commitments
• Welcoming customers and offering assistance
• Assisting customers by asking questions and showing products
• Educating customers by providing accurate information on products
• Processing payments by totaling purchases and correctly handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards
• Using good judgment to resolve customer service issues, product issues, and processing returns
• Merchandizing, stocking, and cleaning

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Open availability Monday through Sunday
• Retail experience
• Knowledge of vape and smoke shop products
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Neat and clean appearance suitable for a retail environment
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem‑solve as issues arise
