Abby Road East End in Little Rock, Arkansas (21115 Arch Street Pike) is looking for an Experienced Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our full‑time team.

The role is 40–42 hours per week, with variable shift lengths and overtime opportunities. Advancement is available for strong performance and excellent customer service.

• Hourly wage plus tip share

• Open and close the store
• Maintain schedule commitments
• Greet and assist customers
• Provide product information and educate customers
• Process sales, cash, credit and gift card payments
• Resolve customer service and product issues, including returns
• Merchandise, stock and clean the store

• 21 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Open availability Monday through Sunday
• Retail experience
• Knowledge of vape and smoke shop products
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Neat, clean appearance appropriate for a retail environment
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Problem‑solving ability
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and during downtime
