• Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team; ability to manage staff of 3 to 15 people during shifts.
• Positive attitude and strong motivation skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable insured vehicle.
• Great role model and leader; punctual with a great attitude toward customers and co-workers.
• Minimum age 18 years.
