Cut, platters, and merchandise meat, poultry, and related products including beef, pork, lamb, veal, bison, sausage, and cured meats;
Train and mentor other butchers and apprentice butchers;
Supervise and delegate tasks to Meat Team Members and apprentices;
Act as point person in absence of Team Leadership and assist with ordering and inventory management;
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, sanitary work environment
