As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our team, supporting daily operations and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency.
• Lead and support team members during shifts, fostering a positive work environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer concerns with professionalism.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and ensure register accuracy.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise to keep our shelves looking great.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store for everyone.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching employees to help them succeed.
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed at all times.

We’re seeking someone who’s reliable, organized, and ready to lead. Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail, convenience stores, or customer service. Supervisory or management experience is a plus!
• Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire your team.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Attitude: A positive, can-do mindset with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
