Position Summary...
Responsibilities- Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
- Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, properly handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, and determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities while adapting to change and learning from feedback.
- Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans via the Open Door Policy and applying them in executing business processes and practices.
- Act with integrity, maintain and promote the highest standards of ethics, model Walmart values, hold oneself and others accountable, and support Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company by making a positive impact for associates, customers, members, and the world.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
