This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters. A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
THE TEAMThe Digital Production Associate is on our Internet Sales team which is responsible for the publishing of merchandise on We ensure that each piece of merchandise is accurately described in great detail. Additionally, any images that represent the merchandise must be correctly formatted and accurately portray what the customer expects to receive. We also attribute the merchandise with descriptive keywords and facets, providing the customer with a user-friendly experience.
Digital Production Associates are crucial to this team’s success in providing our customers with a pleasant online shopping experience.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read and revise product copy, checking for correct spelling/grammar/punctuation
- Format the copy to company standards
- 80% of your day-to-day will be spent publishing merchandise to the website
- 20% of your day-to-day will be spent auditing accuracy for online merchandising
- Maintain consistent partnership with the buying team to confirm accuracy
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
- Background in retail, fashion, or business; eCommerce environment experience preferred
- Strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Passionate about fashion, retail, and the latest trends
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a deadline-driven environment
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience with social media content creation
- Certifications such as SEO/GEO, Digital Marketing, Google Ads
