The Beauty Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Little Rock Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their beauty needs, and recommending products that align with their preferences and routines. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, restocking inventory, handling point-of-sale transactions, and keeping the store clean and presentable. The Beauty Sales Associate will offer product demonstrations, educate customers on usage and benefits, and support in-store events or promotions.

The role also involves collaborating with team members, meeting sales goals, and providing consistent, high-quality customer service.

• Strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Interest in beauty, skincare, and cosmetics, with the ability to learn product features and explain them confidently to customers.
• Basic sales and retail skills, such as upselling, cross-selling, and handling point-of-sale systems and cash transactions accurately.
• Organizational and time-management skills to maintain displays, manage stock, and complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior retail or beauty industry experience is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
