No cold calling. Nochasing. You will work exclusively with individuals and familieswho have already requested information or assistance regarding their insurance needs.
About the Role:This is not atraditional sales position. This role is best described as aconsultative, client-service-focused advisor position. The clients you work with have already expressed interest in coverage orrequested information. Your role is to guide them through theiroptions, answer questions, and help them enroll in the coveragethey requested.
You will meet with individuals and families virtually (via Zoom or phone),ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their decisions. This is a 1099, performance-based role with structuredtraining, mentorship, and clearly defined advancement pathways.
Key Responsibilities:- Learn and followproven company systems to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Follow up with warmleads and prior client inquiries
- Conduct virtualclient meetings via Zoom or phone
- Educate clients using a consultative, service-first approach
- Help clients enrollin coverage they have requested
- Maintain clear,professional, and timely communication
- Collaborate withteam members to ensure consistent client support
- Meet performancebenchmarks to unlock growth opportunities
- Participate inweekly virtual training and professional development
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using company-provided andself-generated leads
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and virtual communication skills
- Comfort with technology and modern digital tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional,dependable, and service-oriented
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
- Flexibleavailability, including some evenings or weekends
- Reliable smartphone,computer, and internet access
- Ability to pass aback ground check
- Ability to completecontracting requirements
- Active Life &Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one with support

Compensation isbased on individual performance and production. No income isguaranteed, and results vary based on effort, consistency, andmarket conditions.
Licensing SupportIfyou do not currently hold a Life & Health Insurance License,Taubman Financial Management provides guidance, resources, and support to help you obtain it—often within 7–10 days, depending on individual effort and state requirements.
