Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The primary responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building and nurturing relationships with businesses, and delivering tailored connectivity and communication solutions. The role involves understanding the specific needs of customers, accurately presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also includes consistently staying informed about industry trends and updates to effectively address client concerns and provide meaningful recommendations.
Qualifications- Strong sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and present technical solutions related to internet, voice, and network services
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of the sales pipeline
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-motivation
- Prior experience in technology solutions or telecommunications is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred
