This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Little Rock, AR, with the flexibility of performing some tasks remotely. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and delivering effective sales solutions. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to drive overall business success.
The role also includes occasional participation in training sessions and sales strategy development.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and maintain relationships
- Proven experience in sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to provide training or coaching to peers and support sales initiatives
- Experience in sales management or coordinating sales strategies is an advantage
- Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required
- Relevant experience in real estate or a related industry is beneficial
