Entry Level Sales Representative

Voltaic is a SoCal-based renewable energy company that is expanding its sales force. We are looking to hire energy consultants to join our integrated blitz model sales team.

• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
• Legal ability to work in California and residence in California

• Educate homeowners during appointment settings about Voltaic’s services/products to reduce their costs and improve comfort
• Manage the sales pipeline and customer touch points
• Lead door‑to‑door generation with the team and generate referrals through exceptional customer service
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times

Job Details
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $80,000.00‑$ per year
Benefits:
Flexible schedule, commission pay, bonus opportunities

Shift: 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday, weekends as needed)

Education required:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service, 1 year (Preferred)
