Regional Sales Account Manager - Retail

• Driving sales, profitability, and growth with big box customers through the PFC and special‑order sales channel
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating within the team to develop and deliver customized solutions
• Acting as a point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Providing strategic insights and recommendations based on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions
• Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Providing category management for products stocked within customers distribution channels
• Reporting on the status of accounts and transactions
• Setting and tracking sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
• Monitoring sales metrics
• Participating in customer focused events to increase customer knowledge and awareness of product offerings

• Proven work experience as a Sales account manager
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Knowledge of MSR and MS Office
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, customer service oriented
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on‑time
• Business acumen with a problem solving attitude
• Preferred experience and knowledge of UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years sales and account management experience
• Can be based out of any UFP facility in FL or GA. Travel required
