Account Manager

Paint Works, a market leading wholesale distribution company that sells automotive and industrial coatings and materials, is seeking an experienced, service-oriented sales professional with strong technical skills for a field sales and service position in the Little Rock, Arkansas market area.

This position is vital to our company’s success concerning new sales growth and current customer service management in the Arkansas market.

Responsibilities include—and are not limited to—targeting, winning, servicing, and managing automotive and industrial paint shop customers throughout the market area.

The required skills for this position include the following:

• advanced knowledge of and experience with automotive and industrial paint products and the application thereof;
• successful experience with advising and selling in a business-to-business context;
• confidence in pursuing new business opportunities;
• strong ability to communicate with customers, other team members, and vendor personnel; and
• well organized and able to manage time effectively.
