Inside Sales Specialist

We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in the Environmental Services industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career sales professional looking to build a successful career in account management and business development.

You'll be responsible for managing a large portfolio of existing customers, making outbound calls, strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is a high-energy, phone-based role where your communication skills, follow-up, and drive will directly impact your success.

• Manage a large portfolio of existing customer accounts through proactive outbound calls and follow-up
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, account updates, and service requests
• Resolve customer concerns while partnering with internal teams to deliver solutions
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing customer accounts
• Recommend additional solutions that provide value and improve customer retention
• Support pricing discussions, contract renewals, and account retention initiatives
• Consistently meet activity goals through outbound calling and customer engagement

• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM)
• Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities
• Prepare customer communications and support account documentation
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, retail sales, or business development preferred
• Recent college graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus
