Oversee the daily operations of the used firearms business, including buying, selling, and customer service;
Initiate all 4473 forms with customers and conduct final checks of applicable forms prior to firearm transfer;
Maintain inventory and pursue leads for acquiring gun collections while monitoring local auctions and estate sales;
Train Outfitters on acquiring/disposing of used firearms and provide resources on valuation and market trends;
Participate in ongoing training and ensure high-quality customer service on the sales floor
