Aromar Company Brands is hiring a Bilingual Account Manager to grow existing accounts and develop new business across retail and distribution channels. This is a fast-paced role with direct impact on company growth.

• Build and manage a pipeline of new and existing customers
• Make outbound calls daily to generate orders and uncover opportunities
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and sales channels
• Manage orders and track activity in CRM/ERP systems

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• 2+ years of sales, account management, or outbound calling experience
• Confidence on the phone and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to close sales
