The Neuro Care Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.

Essential Areas of Responsibility
  • Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
  • Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
  • Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts to drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets.
  • Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
  • Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to drive sales strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and execute sales strategies.
  • Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions targeting top customers.
  • Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned region.
  • Adhere to all Teva compliance policies and guidelines.
  • Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related).
  • Business-to-business sales experience (pharmaceutical sales preferred).
  • Preferred: complex healthcare account management; stakeholder engagement; specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement/access experience.
  • Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or complex disease states; new product launch experience.
Skills/Requirements
  • Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
  • Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face/virtual and be proficient with technology.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
  • Pass background, motor, and drug screening.
  • Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Travel

Regular travel, including air travel and weekend/overnight travel.
