The Neuro Care Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.
Essential Areas of Responsibility- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts to drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to drive sales strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions targeting top customers.
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to all Teva compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties.
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related).
- Business-to-business sales experience (pharmaceutical sales preferred).
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; stakeholder engagement; specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement/access experience.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or complex disease states; new product launch experience.
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face/virtual and be proficient with technology.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Regular travel, including air travel and weekend/overnight travel.
