Ryerson is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist who will build strong relationships with internal employees and external vendors across the U.S. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of products and maintaining accurate order records within SAP.

• Creating and modifying orders within SAP.
• Managing detailed records of material tracking and order status.
• Keeping internal employees informed about order tracking and lead times throughout the sales process.
• Using critical thinking to solve problems and efficiently deliver products to customers within allotted time frames.
• Multi‑tasking and prioritizing in a rapidly changing environment.
• Executing additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.

• Associated degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of prior sales or industry experience.
• Experience managing large fabrication OEM accounts from end to end.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive, goal‑oriented attitude focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Salary: $21.99 – $32.99 per hour, commensurate with experience and education.
