  • Represent O'Brian Healthcare at community events, health fairs, and industry functions to build brand awareness
  • Communicate market trends, competitor activity, and referral source feedback to sales leadership
  • Resolve referral source concerns promptly and professionally to protect and strengthen long-term relationships
Qualifications

  • Established referral relationships within the Little Rock, AR, East Texas, or North Louisiana healthcare community a plus
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer DMEPOS referral and documentation requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with clinical and administrative stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing an independent, field-based schedule
  • Valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned multi-state territory, including some overnight travel
  • Proficiency with CRM/referral tracking systems and Microsoft Office
