Job Details
Position:
Door-to-door Energy Consultation Sales Representative (Full-time). Pay: $35-$75/hr with production-based incentives and bonuses.
Schedule:
8‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday, weekends as needed. Flexible schedule and paid training provided.
Work location:
on the road, primarily in the San Fernando Valley area/Los Angeles area.
- Go door‑to‑door to potential customers’ homes.
- Engage with customers for 5‑10 minutes and book an energy consultation.
- Convey information about rising energy prices and solar solutions.
- Build a sales pipeline and achieve daily/weekly call and appointment targets.
- No prior marketing or sales experience required; training provided.
- Willingness to learn and self‑motivation.
- Ready to buy into a winning culture and high‑performance team environment.
- Own vehicle required.
- Must reside within the San Fernando Valley or Los Angeles area.
- Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience.
- Opportunities for advancement to leadership positions.
