Position Overview The Rental Coordinator serves as a critical link between our Sales Team, Service Department, Transportation, and Rental Operations. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities Act as the central communication hub between Sales, Service, Transportation, and Rental Operations Coordinate rental activities efficiently and accurately

Build trust and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Qualifications & Requirements Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people

Likeable, coachable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Previous Counter Sales or Coordinator experience preferred (related skills or experience will be considered)
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based systems

Willingness to embrace and adapt to new technology and CRM platforms

Excellent phone skills with a strong commitment to world-class customer service (internal and external)
Four-year college degree preferred
