UAMS Project Heal is seeking a full-time (100%) Research Program Manager with intervention research and program coordination experience to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of multiple research and service projects related to community violence prevention among Arkansas populations disproportionately impacted by gun violence. The Research Program Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day aspects of studies including scheduling and facilitating team meetings; monitoring study activities;
