Security Officer Checkpoint Driver

Allied Universal - Up to $13.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor and help to control entry and exit points for a commercial real estate location, including verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining sign-in logs, and directing visitors to the proper destination.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying property management and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, building entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.;
Operate and monitor security-related systems and equipment as assigned, such as cameras, alarms, intercoms, and key control, and complete required reports and shift handoffs.
