Security Officer Access Driver Enhanced Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor access in accordance with site policies, and deter unauthorized access to the property;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity and report maintenance, access, and other security-related issues
