As a part‑time security officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as retail/malls. You will monitor assigned areas, deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post that requires a valid driver’s license.

Day Time Thur  03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Fri 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Sat 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report security‑related concerns or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support loss prevention and property protection efforts by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and following posted orders for assigned areas.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation and drug screen required as condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license.
