Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or shipping documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access at the location;
Screen visitors, contractors, and deliveries, maintain required logs and reports, and communicate access activity with site contacts as needed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns, unusual activity, and/or policy violations;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including gates, dock areas, parking areas, and other assigned locations where working conditions may vary by site
