Safety and Security Officer
The Safety and Security Officer reports directly to the Supervisor of Safety and Security. This position is responsible for customer service, service recovery, security screening, weapon detection, and video surveillance systems monitoring. This position is also responsible for maintaining standards in accordance with all regulatory agencies. The Safety Security Officer will monitor for any safety issues while on foot patrol, responding to alarms, and assisting visitors and patients with guidance and requests.
This position may assist Safety and Security Ambassadors' assignments as needed or assigned. Assignments may vary with increased security concerns within the UAMS system.
