Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following site-specific access procedures, verifying credentials, and communicating entry requirements for the location.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity to help support authorized access, document arrivals and departures, and report unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate contact.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, common areas, and the perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and support established policies.;
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and pass-down information related to visitor management, deliveries, and security-related incidents and/or maintenance issues observed during the shift.
