Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including building interiors, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and visitor activity, and/or verify access permissions in accordance with site protocols for staff, vendors, and guests.;
Support a clean and professional environment by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel
