Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail tenants by carrying out security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with crowd management during peak business hours and/or special events;
Communicate clearly with store personnel, management, and the public regarding site rules and procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership
