Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.;
Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related matters.
