C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Investigate theft, fraud, and policy infractions across stores; document evidence and prepare records.;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors per policy and law.;
Report suspected fraud to Asset Protection and store leadership; assist with investigations and court appearances as needed.;
Travel to designated stores to perform asset protection duties and participate in safety initiatives.;
Assist with incident investigations and store safety enhancements to reduce risks.
