As a Security Guard Routine Patrol in Little Rock, AR
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a utilities location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while helping create a welcoming environment.

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utility location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, and maintain visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to established procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities while maintaining a professional presence.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
