Perform tile work, including replacement and repair of damaged tiles;
Address drywall and FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels) issues, including patching, repairing, and installing;
Unclog, repair, and maintain drain lines and plumbing systems;
Replace and repair ceilings, ceiling tiles, and grid systems as needed;
Conduct lighting maintenance, including bulb and ballast replacement, and troubleshoot electrical issues
