* Install, replace, and modify HVAC, plumbing, piping, controls, and related mechanical systems associated with service projects.
* Interpret and work from drawings, specifications, work orders, and scope documents.
* Perform system startups, operational checks, and basic commissioning tasks.
* Ensure proper material handling, equipment setup, and tool usage.
* Identify and report discrepancies, design conflicts, or unforeseen conditions to supervision.### Project & Site Coordination
* Coordinate daily activities with service technicians, project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and customers.
* Maintain productivity while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.
* Assist with minor layout, measurements, and field adjustments as required.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.### Safety & Compliance
* Comply with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
* Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA) processes and follow required controls.
* Properly use PPE and ensure tools and equipment are safe and serviceable.
* Report incidents, near misses, hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately.### Documentation & Communication
* Accurately complete required paperwork including work orders, material usage, and time records.
* Communicate progress, delays, or concerns clearly to supervision.
* Support closeout documentation as required for completed projects.locations:
